It really exists, and it is in two countries
Everything you see in the catalog is Rabatex's own development, in the colors shown, physically in the warehouse. We do not display third-party catalogs sourced to order.
We run our own warehouse in Mexico and in the United States, with local invoicing in both countries. Inventory turns daily: the site works as a reference and your account manager confirms current availability over WhatsApp.
Cannot find your fabric? We develop it
Composition, weight, width, color and finish to your specification. We work with natural and semi-synthetic fibers — cotton, modal, tencel, bamboo, rayon — as well as high-performance synthetics.
When the base already exists in the catalog and only needs a weight or color adjustment, the development is resolved in a considerably shorter time.
Fabric is approved in the hand, not on the screen
That is why we keep a permanent showroom and take part in every edition of Intermoda, the most important fashion trade show in Latin America.
What we get asked before buying
What is the minimum order?
From inventory, one roll. We also cut a sample if you need to evaluate the fabric before committing to volume. For custom development, the production minimum is per color and we confirm it along with the price.
Is the color I see on screen the real color?
Not necessarily. Color and texture change from one monitor to another and no screen is calibrated the same. That is why every volume purchase must be validated first with a physical sample. We do not accept exchanges on fabric already cut, or exchanges where there is no defect.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We run the dip with dye-to-match from your physical sample, or against a Pantone TCX if you give us the reference.
Are the fabrics on the site really available?
Yes. Everything we show is Rabatex's own development, in the colors shown, with inventory in Mexico and the United States. We do not display third-party catalogs.
Is the inventory I see guaranteed?
Stock changes every day, so the website is a reference, not a reservation. Before closing, your account manager confirms availability and quantity the same day.
How fast do you deliver?
One to ten business days. If the fabric is in Mexico it ships from within the country in one or two days; if it is not here, it ships from the United States and the time extends. Your account manager confirms the real estimate along with the day's availability.
Do you sell finished garments?
No. We do not manufacture or sew: only development and sale of fabric by the roll.
Do you work in meters or yards?
Both. We quote in meters for Mexico and in yards for the United States.
Do you invoice in the United States?
Yes. RBTX Group LLC issues an invoice governed by United States law, in California. In Mexico, Grupo RBTX México issues the corresponding CFDI.
